How to Make This Pinoy Sopas Recipe:
- Sauté the Aromatics:
Heat oil and margarine in a pan. Add garlic and onions, and cook until fragrant. - Cook the Chicken:
Add the chicken and sauté it with the garlic and onion. Make sure it absorbs all the flavors! - Add Veggies & Hotdogs:
Once the chicken is cooked, mix in kintsay, bell pepper, and hotdogs. (For a less colorful dish, fry the hotdogs separately.) - Toss in the Macaroni:
Add the carrots and elbow macaroni. Stir in a tablespoon of oyster sauce for extra flavor. - Simmer & Soften:
Pour in 6 cups of water and let the macaroni simmer for 18-20 minutes, until almost tender. - Finish with Milk & Cabbage:
Add evaporated milk and chopped cabbage, and boil for a few more minutes. Adjust the salt to taste, and if you need more broth, feel free to add more water.
This Pinoy Sopas Recipe is perfect for both everyday meals and special gatherings. The creamy broth, flavorful chicken, and tender macaroni make it a guaranteed hit with family and friends.
Why This Pinoy Sopas Recipe Stands Out
