Automatic washing machine is one of the best thing that could ever happen to any homemaker. Kaya mga mister, buy your misis an automatic washing machine! BUT! What kind of detergent to use for automatic washing machine? Ang hirap mag decide no? Liquid ba dapat or powder?
Good thing, I was invited to the media launch of the New Ariel Power Gel. This is my first event this year! Well, wala talaga ako plans umattend ng kahit anong event this year since I’m due February.. but the agency handling Ariel is one of the most appreciating and accommodating agency I have worked with! Ang hirap tumanggi.. and also the datbut the agency handling Ariel is one of the most appreciating and accommodating agency I have worked with!e coincides with my prenatal check up. I could easily ask my OB kung pwede pa ako maglakwatsa. Sakto din ang day for the Grand Baby Fair.
ALSO.. Kris Aquino will be there! According to the invite, Ariel will give us a glimpse of what it takes to run the household of Kris Aquino herself. Kaso ate Kris is not feeling well pala kaya si Darla muna ang nag represent sa kanya. Get well soon Ate Kris, next time na lang natin ituloy ang laundry date natin (feeling close! haha)
Pero syang talaga! Kris Aquino is one of my fave endorser eh. I can sense na whatever she endorse, she really use it. For me, she’s one of the most credible endorser talaga (read that again mimicking ate Kris voice ehehe).
Darla is known as Kris’ sidekick (there’s more to it than that! Read this>> 5 things you didn’t know about Darla) so she really knows a lot about ate Kris! And she validates din naman na whatever ate Kris endorses, she uses it talaga, like the new Ariel Power Gel. Even Liz Uy and JC Buendia agreed on that. And she shares! Just tell her daw na you like something and she’ll give it to you (ate Kris, you’re house is sooo nice po! hehe). Bianca learned na ganun pala yun, kaya ganyan ang itsura niya.. she was saying like “ah next time, I know what to do!”
I had fun listening to the conversations of style and home-care experts Bianca Gonzalez, Tessa Prieto-Valdez, JC Buendia, Rex Atienza and Liz Uy. They shared their own stain experiences eh. Like Rex Atienza (who is very very nice!!!), he mentioned that cotton is one of the easiest textile type to handle.. and that you really need to know how to take care of clothes depending on the textile type.
After the chikahan portion, eto na ang Ariel put to test portion:
JC Buendia and Rex Atienza stained two clothes with coffee, tea and chocolate powder. One of the stained clothe were washed using brand X and the other were washed using Ariel Power Gel.
While waiting for the laundry, nag pa contest ang Ariel! And the prize is Sharp Washing Machine! Top 3 who got the most number of correct answers won a Sharp Washing Machine! Eh akala ko about ate Kris and Q&A portion.. hindi palaa! (umasa akoooo!)
Ang mga tanong is about Laundry Guide to Common Care Symbols:
Eh handwash lang ang alam ko! Sayaaaaang! Next time, I will read the encyclopedia of laundry guide to common care symbols. And after the Sharp washing machine giveaway, tapos na din ang labada and look at the impressive result:
What makes Ariel Power Gel your washing machine’s best partner?
- Ariel Power Gel is a liquid detergent and liquid detergent is a better choice when it comes to washing machine. It does not leave any residues that might ruin your washing machine (and your clothes). It’s liquid detergent so it is easily absorbed by clothes.
- Ariel Power Gel delivers better stain removal versus 2x powder detergent. It cleans better than 2kg powder detergent.
- Ariel Power Gel contains advanced nano-molecules that offer more effectiveness in cleansing.
- Ariel Power Gel is cheaper! Ariel 1L bottle SRP is 175 PhP and 2kg powder detergent is around that price too. Ariel cleans BETTER THAN 2kg powder detergent so it is definitely cheaper!
How to use Ariel Power Gel in the bottle?
- When using the Ariel Power Gel in a bottle, just check the back of the bottle for the amount needed for a number of clothes. Typically, about 45ml per 15-20 pieces of clothing or 65ml for bigger or dirtier loads.
- Apply a small amount of the detergent onto stains.
- Pour the rest of the detergent into the washing machine and proceed to wash as usual.
- For hand wash, use about 15ml for 5-7 pieces of clothing. The detergent will quickly dissolve in water. Agitate as usual to get the desired amount of suds.
How to use the New Ariel Power Gel Sachet?
Ariel Power Gel sachet gives you the stain- free clean you want in a few simple steps:
- Apply a small amount of the detergent directly onto stains.
- Pour the rest of the detergent into the washing machine and proceed to wash as usual.
- For hand wash, the detergent will quickly dissolve in the water. Agitate as usual to get the desired amount of suds.
Alam ko naman itatanong nyo eh, will I be using the New Ariel Power Gel? OF COURSE! Ariel yan eh! Wala ng tanong tanong no. Ang bango sa damit eh at talagang nakakalinis at higit sa lahat matipid!
Ikaw, are you going to try the New Ariel Power Gel?

February 2, 2016 at 9:21 amIt will work the same naman.. better nga kung gel or liquid eh kase para walang maiwan na powder residues sa washing machine. It works din with handwashing 🙂

February 1, 2016 at 2:56 pmI’m happy husband agreed that we buy an automatic washing machine last year. Now, washing clothes at the small house is one of the easiest tasks talaga. For the soap, we use S&R powder detergent until I discover the Ariel Power Gel. I saw its 50% off at Landmark Trinoma and tried it. I instantly love it’s smell and how it cleans my boys’ polo shirts and my baby’s clothes. I plan to shift to Ariel Power Gel (but only for the white clothes, hehehe).

I agree, she’s a credible endorser kasi personality niya eh. 🙂 Sige nga ma-try to pag bago na washing machine namin. Something weird is happening to our clothes with the detergent we’re using….nasisira sila. napupunit. I don’t get it.

February 2, 2016 at 10:09 amwahahahaah
pwede na ba ako saleslady? LOL
sobrang sayaaaang! huhuhuh gusto ko ng photo ops with ate Kris!
baka naman your detergent is too strong? Or you’re putting too much on the clothes.. pero mother, you have to buy this na talaga! Malaking tipid! Imagine it can compete with the price of cheap brands tapos you won’t need downy pa di ba.

February 3, 2016 at 10:55 amI use Ariel powder currently. Okay naman ang gel, siguro it’s just new kaya medyo mahirap pa mag risk. Mas mura ba to kesa powder? And why create something new kung ok na yung dati?
