A few days ago, I had the chance to attend the launching event of NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine. NESCAFÉ partnered with 4 coffee lovers and tasked them to create their own personal coffee creations using the NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine. The NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine Ambassadors are the recently engaged singer (You’re Face Sounds Familiar Contestant) and actress Denise Laurel; the creative marketing wiz Richard Gutierrez; the artist- turned- foodie and restaurateur Bianca King, and the animated and vibrant interior designer Tessa Prieto- Valdes.

Tessa Prieto- Valdes, being the creative spirit that she is, who loves putting her own spin on things to make it uniquely hers created a Christmas inspired coffee drink using the NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine. She named her creation as Christmas Cinnamon Cappuccino. When asked what she love about the new NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine, she said she loves the foaming feature because it makes her feel like a legit barista when she uses it. “It’s so fun to use and you can have a fancy coffee in a snap!”

Anything with cinnamon and I’m good!And yes, Tessa Prieto- Valdes’ Christmas Cinnamon Cappucino does reminds me of Christmas mornings!

All the guests during the event was grouped into 3, Team D for Denise, Team R for Richard and Team B for Bianca. I was with Team D! #fanmodeon

Denise Laurel called her creation Hug in a Mug Latte. “I love smell of coffee in the morning. The smell alone is enough to perk me up. Having a cup in the morning is like getting a warm, fuzzy hug from my fiancé Sol,” said Denise.

Using the new NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine she mixes cookie butter with the flavor of NESCAFÉ CLASSIC and NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE. “It’s my very own pick me up when I got home from a long shoot, tiring day, or anything in between!” And like Tessa, Denise agrees on how easy and fun it  is to use the all new NESCAFÉ RED MUG Machine.

Richard Gutierrez on the other hand created Vanilla Chilled Coffee and Bianca King made Double Chocolate Mocha.

The “creation” process was a contest pala… and who can’t resist a nice warm hug specially if it’s in a mug? NO ONE! Team D won and all members got to take home a Crate&Barrel goodies:
