Racks Megamall has a new look! And it’s now located at 4th floor, beside Tenya.
It’s homier di ba? We got an invite to try out Racks’ newest offering and experience their new look in Megamall.
My kids were really excited for this event, mukhang ribs ang mga batang ito.. and they really love some of Racks’ desserts.
We shared the table with my Kumares, si Peachy is due on her 2nd child during this event kaya absent! Segue>> congrats Peachy!
For starters, we were served with Salad With Blackened Chicken Strips and The Onion Brick
And then Fish & Chips
I was surprised the kids loved the Batter fried London style Fish.
This came in right after, met by ooohhs and aaahhs from my kids hahaha
And last before the desserts is Racks’ newest offering: Smoked Spring Chicken
Slowly and carefully smoked over hickory wood until the meat is tender that it simply falls off the bone! It’s very flavorful.. the smokey flavor is very evident and the Alabama White Sauce that comes with every serving, completes the overall BBQ experience. I could finish this alone! Ang sarap talagaaa!
Our barbecue dinning experience concluded with sweet treats from Rack’s desserts menu:
Racks’ Mississippi Mud Pie – A moist chocolate fudge brownie laden with gooey chocolate inside on a bed of thick choco syrup topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
And the boys said Yeeehhaaaaa!
And cheesecake for the adults! Gusto din namin yung mudpie kaso inubusan nila kame! Seriously, this is one of my fave dessert in Racks, it comes in two berries: strawberry and blueberry!
