Summer Bag Wishlist

I have a love-hate relationship with bags…love because I love bags! Who doesn’t?!? Hate because some of those that I love, I can’t afford! And it happens most of time, I’ll see a bag and I’ll fall in love, only to find out that it’s over $1000. NYAKS! There is no way I will buy a bag THAT expensive…or maybe I will, if I win the lottery, heck! I might even buy the Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork Bag  (which they say is one of the most expensive bag in the world>> PhP 1M++!!)

I am not bag brand conscious, I even buy bags from thrift store. In fact 50% of my bags are from thrift stores (bags for less than $10). If I love the style of the bag, I usually go for it, price considered of course 🙂 The most expensive bag I bought is around $150, the first one was a hobo bag from Nine West (original price is $200) and the other one is a Coach Satchel (original price is $300+ >>no way! haha)..and that was a long time ago (hmm like January haha).. I think I need a new bag, hey I deserved a new bag!

And because SUMMER is already here, I found some nice bags perfect for summer (if I only I can afford two or three of these lovelies!) First from my list:

Coach Avery Canvas Drawstring, $124.60

I love anything canvas.. but the price of this bag is not something I love haha

ALDO Bismarck, $44.98

This one is more affordable and perfect for overnight getaways! It can also serve as a beach bag, perfect for large families like mine.. you know, 4 sets of clothes, 4 towels and so on, and so on!

Nine West Strong Current Foldover Clutch, $79.00

A bit pricey for a clutch, but this one is perfect for maxi dresses.. flowing..flowing…

ALDO Derolain, $39.98

ALDO bags are really cheap no?

Nine West Prep It Up Multi Stripe Tote, $69.00

Quite colorful for my taste, but this one looks very functional for summer.

Last but not the least..though this one does not have a bright vibe to it, I included it on my summer bag wishlist because I want it.. as simple as that 🙂

ALDO Sepvlieda, $55.00

Quirk design! I love it.. and of course the color (and the price too!) if only ALDO ships here in my country, I will buy two!

  4. Oh girl, you are totally speaking to the choir with this post, lol. I love, love, love handbags, but I am careful with money (except when it comes to Apple products because they just sucker me in every single TIME!), and I can’t always justify the cost. Love the Coach option, but I’m loving the Nine West one the most!

    • hahaha so you love Apple products! I can’t say much with that, but I am usually all out when it comes to my kids’ toys and clothing 🙂

  7. I want 1, 2 and 4. They are just too cute for this time of year. And like you have the same feelings towards bags. I love them but can never afford them but sometimes the best ones are the cheaper ones that you find in the oddest of places 🙂

Good day, I love bag’s also.But i don’t buy bags that too much expensive (cause i don’t have much money for that, LOL 🙂 Well all i can is if you have money to buy expensive bags then go for it, if that makes you happy. And for those who have very tight budget, you should buy bags that you think looks good/and makes you feel good but affordable.” sabi nga ng iba nasa pagdadala lang yan :)) :)) :))

  10. I have to be honest, I’ve never been big on bags. I’ll never understand people spending oodles of money on a specific purse because it has a Coach label! Then again, some of those bags are pretty cute. Everyone has their own obsession. 😉

    • for me, it really depends on the style, I don’t mind if it comes from a thrift store or no label at all, as long as I love the style and I can afford it, I’ll go for it 🙂

  11. I know that Bags are another Woman’s best friend it is because my Mom is always happy whenever we gift her a new bag, I hope you can buy or receive as gifts all of your bag wishlist. I think the second and fifth one are great and perfect for a colorful summer.

  13. I think my favorite has to be the ALDO Derolain one. Love the color and the print. Now you have me thinking I want a new bag for spring. I need to color stuff up (thinking as it is snowing again here in MN!)

  23. I like the Coach Avery Canvas Drawstring, ALDO Derolain and ALDO Sepvlieda. How I wish I have lots of money to splurge on bags. There are so many bags to love… *sigh*

Kung ako yayaman bag yung una kong bibilhin.. i dont know why??? pero bata palang ako mahili nako sa mga bags.. branded man or hindi.. minsan nga kapag napapadaan ako sa malls kahit marami nakong bags hindi ko pa rin maiwasan mapabii ng bago.. ang mumura kasi lalo na kapag sale. anyway ung ALDO Derolain yung color pink gusto ko.. ang cute ng design pwede pang formal and summer outfit

  34. What beautiful bags! I don’t buy much bags because I tend to “love my bags to bits”. My mother is the certified bag lover so I just wait for her to use her bag once or twice and it usually goes my way.

  38. Hi Mommy Pehpot! If you can just see how much I’m gushing right now, you’d laugh at me! I go crazy for bags like these. I love the Nine West clutch and bag, very chic-looking and bagay for the summer. The colors are super cool and eye-catching. The great thing about designer bags kasi is the quality, it can last for almost forever. I think you deserve a new bag!

  40. I want both Aldo bags! In fairness, they aren’t expensive naman. I am also a bag love but I can be kuripot, so I’ve never been able to bring myself to spend more than 8k on a bag. Pang pangarap nalang ang mga LV at Chanel sakin.

  43. The 3rd bag is perfect for summer, especially if you’re going to the beach. I would pair this with a maxi dress, and I’ll sit under a shady tree while sipping mango shake. Haha! Nag-imagine talaga!

  49. Aww. I think I need a new one too! I never bought any of that amount too ($100+) because I seldom go out of the house. Plus the fact that it can buy me a whole outfit. I’d go for most department store brands and if lucky enough, I hope my husband will buy me one someday with a whooping price tag. LOL. I bet I’ll disagree with that too. I’d rather buy something for my camera instead. haha
