Have you tried eating Yantok/ Rattan fruit? or have you see one? This is how it looks:
Yantok or Rattan fruit is a very sour fruit.. kung nakatikim ka na nito, maiisip mo pa lang ang Yantok, mangangasim ka na..oh well, ganyan ang epekto sa amin ng Yantok.. and I can’t even remember the last time I had Yantok.. at ayaw ko na syang kainin ulit!
Ang mga bagets, never pa nakatikim ng yantok.. kaya eto, pinatikman namin sa kanila..
GAANO KAASIM ANG YANTOK? watch! hahaha
I think you can consider Yantok as the sourest fruit on Earth.. nothing can be that! Not even kamias (which have a sweet variety) or tamarind.
Agree?

September 20, 2013 at 7:53 pmI’m not aware of yantok, but I’m curious. If it’s sour, then it can be dipped in bagoong, right?

May 26, 2014 at 2:48 pmseems like this yantok fruit is not that popolar to people. Ive never heard or seen one, sayang i think i will not be able to enjoy it cause it looks really really sour (based on his reactions, lol). Im more into sweet fruits 🙂
