literal na nakaka high ang first day of school… it’s my youngest boy’s first time to school..and he’s my baby boy! just imagine the emotional brouhaha I have been through..part of me was excited.. part was worried.. part of me was sad (I’ll miss him for sure!)..
The little boy was excited though he said he was not ready yet.. Sunday night and he can’t sleep, come Monday morning and he was wide awake! Everything was smooth sailing.. well not until his kuya started teasing him.. but that didn’t put his excitement down.
When we arrived at the school, parents and students were already there.. and he was overwhelmed.. it took us a few minutes before he entered the classroom and another few minutes before he let me leave him there. And that’s what I am worried about, this little boy of mine is very shy and he doesn’t like it where there is too many people, specially if the attention is on him. In less than an hour, I can see he is already participating and enjoying his class. When we went home, he was telling me how happy he was and how much he enjoyed his first day of school.. (aww one happy and proud mommy here!)

Sila kuya at diko naman, still the same, excited to meet their classmates again after 2 months of vacation and also excited to know who will be their new seatmates.
Pero, I was not able to finish all 23 books + some notebooks in one sitting..so I woke up earlier today to finish covering the books..
Early to rise.. early to cover.. pero hindi pa din ako natapos! paano ba naman, even though my 1 meter to 8 books calculation was precised, hindi ko nabilang ang mga notebook/fillers na kailangan din i cover.. I need one meter more.
After this, I need to take care 3 more things and we’re officially done with our first day high.
First, I need to buy a new rubber shoes/ PE shoes for my second boy. May lahing bakal yata ang paa ng anak ko at iyong sapatos na nabili ko last May, butas na butas na! Nakakaloka.. good thing, Zalora carries rubber shoes for kids. I can now shop while wearing my daster (my favorite thing to do!) Zalora is an online shopping store that features a wide range of products, from the newest fashion trends to baby products and home products too. The best thing about them (para sa akin ha), their mode of payment.. mga teh! pwedeng pwede ang paypal! You can also pay through banks and pay through your credit card.. pero panalo talaga sa akin ang paypal payment (lalo kung paldo si paypal haha). When it comes to shipping, it’s free for orders above 1000 (and 100 shipping fee for below 1000, for Metro Manila orders), forย Rest of Luzon, Davao del Sur, Iloilo, Negros Occidental, Leyte, Misamis Oriental, Zamboanga del Sur (FREE shipping for orders above P1,000 // P200 below). For the rest of the Philippines, it’sย FREE shipping for orders above P2,500 // P200 below .
Second, I need to wait for my little boy’s PE uniform, naubusan kase ngsize eh.. kaya waiting in vain ang drama naming mag-ina.
And last, I am still contemplating on whether to buy Kuya a bigger bag.. hindi na kasya ang mga gamit niya eh.. kaya lang mahalia jackson.. kailangang unahin ang sapatos ni diko.ย And we still need to complete our payment for their tuition fee. But if he insist he needs a bigger bag, wala naman tayong magagawa kung hindi magbigay ๐ย
How about you mommies, how was your first day of school?ย
