secret talaga na? tapos i ba blog?!? hehehe
It’s not a weapon of mass destruction, more like a weapon for mass eating LOL
Having four kids and one demanding (VERY!) work online (akala nyo husband no hehe) left me with little time to do household chores and cook.. good thing I have a part time helper who comes here every afternoon..but still I have breakfast and lunch to prepare to.. For me, that’s the most tedious part of cooking.. the preparations.. peel here, peel there, cut here, mince there..ayayay! ang hectic! for dinner, my helper does all the preparations, ang peg ko nyan chef lang… gisa-gisa lang, talbog talbog lang.. walang hiwa hiwa.. but breakfast and lunch?!?
Then I discovered a weapon! Keri na magluto kahit tatlong menu!
McCormich Minced Garlic.. the only reason I bought this is for fried rice.. always wondered why fastfood’s garlic rice are so perfect.. tiny buds of garlic, well roasted! ayayay! and so this is the secret! And it cooks very fast… as in in seconds! Since I bought this, cooking fried rice is a breeze! No need to peel and mince garlic and the taste is equally good..
Then I learned, I can also use it on my dishes.. pag tamad ang peg, wala ng onion, garlic lang solve na! It actually lessens my time in the kitchen to almost half.. and that means more time for my kids and my blogs 🙂
I bought this big jar at SM Hypermarket for around 600 PhP.. been using this for more than 3 months already, sulit talaga!

March 1, 2013 at 2:38 pmP600 for three months, sulit talaga. I’ve never seen minced garlic ng McCormick. Usually garlic powder lang. But we’re a fan of many spices na meron sila, especially thyme and cinnamon. 🙂
Ang ganda ng fried rice mo mommy, pang resto na ang dating!
