After a few days of preparing nothing but meat.. it’s time for veggies to shine!
I was kinda nervous he would not like what I prepared for dinner.. he prefers meat most of the time.. to my surprise, he liked it. I guess the fried tilapia made it more appetizing. Almost crunchy.. a bit toasted but not burn. And as you can see, there are some sigarilyas on our veggies.. it came from our garden! first harvest of the year 🙂
On our 4th day of this challenge, I’m thinking of preparing one of Chico’s fave dish: Pork Giniling.
