With my four pregnancies, my OB would always remind me to drink y vitamins and at least 2 glasses of milk. She recommends Anmum as my milk supplement. I believe that drinking Anmum helped a lot, all four are very smart! They have strong bones and I never had a problem with their digestion.

Anmum Materna provides Folate, DHA and Gangliosides, Calcium for baby’s body and brain development. It also provides Iron to reduce the risk of Iron Deficiency Anemia and Vitamin B6 to reduce the effects of nausea It also has Fibre to support a healthy digestive system. And because Anmum Materna is rich in folate, it is also recommended for women who are planning to get pregnant. It also comes in different flavors, vanilla, choco and hazelnut (what?!? hazelnut? bakit ngayon ka lang? haha).
Now that I am done with pregnancy and still continue to breastfeed my baby, Anmum is still there to help me through Anmum Lacta. It’s a breastfeeding moms must have as it contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B12, Folate, Calcium, and Iron and all these are essential during the breastfeeding period.
If you’re an Anmum user like me, I’m sure you would want to be a part of the Anmum Mommy Circle. Share your experience and celebrate motherhood through Anmum Mommy Circle. You can also ask for advice or even ask the in house nutritionist.
And now, the exciting part: Anmum Materna Giveaway!

November 6, 2012 at 8:08 amI believe in the power and help that Anmum gives. With my youngest, I had Anmum as my supplement before and after pregnancy and I was able to breastfeed with my baby for 6 months. If I didn’t have to go back to work full time, I’m sure that bonding would have prolonged.

Hoping to win this para di na ko bibili ulit. LOL. Thanks.

November 6, 2012 at 3:19 pmI was never a milk drinker when u was in my teens… i regret the taste and even the smell of it, not until I started my college year and took up Nursing. I envision myself to become a Mother someday and be as healthy as all the book articles I was reading that time.
I became pregnant and introduced myself to different kinds of maternity supplements from vitamin capsules to vegetables which my Mom was very religious about taking it when she was pregnant and telling me when I became one and also to milk supplements. I hate the taste of the milk itself maybe the smell of it plus of the pag lilihi factor. Good thing chocolate milk was introduce and Anmum chocolate drink was very friendly to me.. never got any after taste or even throwing it up after i chug it. I know that Anmum helped me maintain my calcium daily needs while I was into the course of my pregnancy. calcium makes my baby’s bone and teeth stronger and me too. It also gives me that nutrients that was loss everytime I experienced morning sickness. I am very thankful that Anmum aids pregnant women needed vitamins.

November 6, 2012 at 3:24 pmI hated drinking milk prior to my pregnancy, due to the fact that I’m lactose intolerant. But I guess when you become a mother, you will do everything for your child. I religiously drank Anmum chocolate everyday back then for me and my baby.
