I was in the bathroom when my second son called and asked me to see what is written on the rubber mat..initially, my mind went on like, WHAT!?! he wrote on the rubber mat?!? but then again, I am not the type of mom who over reacts without seeing what he did. So I told him, I’ll just finish what I am doing and I’ll see what he wrote on the rubber mat..
When I went to their play area ( a space in our living room covered with rubber mat) I just saw pogs* scattered on the floor..
at first I can’t figure out what is written or what was he trying to say using the pogs, then I turn around and I saw this:
Can you tell what is written?
And that just made my Sunday morning.. I feel so loved as a mother 🙂 made me smile the whole day and almost forgot that I need to read the results of my ct scan placed on my devised medication cart (we have a small cart where most of the medical results are placed as well as the kids medicine).
*Pogs is the game that we used to play in the 90’s popularized by Coke. To play this game you need to collect discs which are called pogs. The pogs/discs are placed like a tower and players will have to hit it with a special pogs (harder than the rest, usually made of plastics where pogs are made of paper).. all that went down the tower will be given to the player who hit it.. I can’t remember what the special pogs is called.
If my memory serves me right, Coke issue pogs and you can have it in exchange of Coke crowns.. good thing my lola owns a sari sari store, we almost had an unlimited supply of Coke crowns 🙂
Now pogs can be bought everywhere 🙂 in different designs too.
