Dear Lady’s Choice,
The last time we met, you made me do Macaroni Salad.. I bought our first bottle of the week and it came with macaroni pasta, our next bottle came with pineapple chunks on it. What can I do but make macaroni salad 🙂 and the kids loved it so much!
Now you send me a gift pack with our favorite goodies on it and asked me to try Scrumbulicious, well why not? we love eggs and we love Lady’s Choice REAL Mayonnaise!
It’s very different from the usual scrambled eggs that we eat! It tastes so different and yummier too! I think for now, this will be our egg dish every breakfast 🙂
Love,
Mommy Pehpot
P.S.
Thank you so much for this:
and oh for our friends out there, here’s the Lady’s Choice REAL Mayonnaise Scrambulicious Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 pcs eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
- 2tbsp cooking oil
- Beat the eggs, salt and pepper until frothy
- In another bowl, put Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Slowly pour the beaten eggs while whisking the mixture tgether until well blended.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Add the beating eggs. Keep on stirring, do not overcook.
I think I overcooked it a bit.. but I will try it again this week and see how it will go..

January 27, 2012 at 11:27 amYummy. I use mayonaise for my baon.
Although, I get the “lite” mayonaise since I’m on a diet (daw), combined with wheat bread. Hehehehe.

January 31, 2012 at 12:26 amOh my gosh! I did that! I was at a grocery one day and they had a taste test booth. I tried it out and loved it a lot that I ended up buying a packet of Lady’s Choice Mayo and making that yummylicious scrambled eggs at home.
Not everyone at home was a fan though.. but I personally liked it a lot! I love eggs and I love mayo! So this is such an awesome idea. 🙂
