Our Christmas celebration was so much fun and one of the reasons why was the games that the kids played. Overall the kids played five games together with the big boys (my husband, my brother in law and my youngest brother). The first game they played was Stop Dance and the toddlers join in the fun. Sati, Chico and Dylan had so much fun dancing to the music but of course they do not know they have to stop when the music stops.
Then the boys played Pinoy Henyo with the older ones. My brother who was playing online bingo night had to stop what he was doing. Since Pinoy Henyo is a game where the players are paired with each other, the kids need their partners. Kayil was paired with my brother in law, Mico with my brother and Kieth with my husband.
The first round of the game, it was the kids who had to guess what is written on the paper on their forehead. To those who have no idea how this game is played, it is a game of logic. A word is placed in a piece of paper and put on the forehead of the other player. He will then ask his partner questions (that can only be answerable by yes, no or maybe) that in the end will guide him in guessing what the word is. It is deductive reasoning in the works.
The last game two games they played were Paper Dance and longest Ahh game. We also joined in the fun and our mom beat us in the longest Ahh game.

January 6, 2012 at 10:54 pmWe don’t play games during Christmas and New Year. We just bug each other :)However, I guess it wouldn’t hurt us to try playing games during the coming holidays. There’s always a first for everything.
