The first time we went to the cinema with the kids, we only brought the older boys inside the cinema. We still had my two helpers back then so we left Sati and Chico with them in a playhouse inside the mall. This year, since I no longer have helpers, it’s either we bring them all inside or one of us will have to be with Sati.
When Kung Fu Panda 2 was shown, the boys together with my sister and mother watched it. I was left to take care of Sati and mend a friend’s broken heart (can you guess who? LOL). On our second movie date, our plan was to leave Sati under the care of my mother but for some reason, she was not available that day. We decided to bring Sati inside the cinema..
And her first movie experience.. was a success! As expected, she did not let go of my breast and sleep more than half of the movie. She spend some time eating popcorn and munching on a lollipop. I also made sure that cotton balls are on her ears to lessen the sound. The thing is, she didn’t threw a tantrum! yay!

September 14, 2011 at 8:57 pmI remember Lucas’ first movie too, I bought him a pair of ear plugs, the one used by swimmers.. 😛 LOL he removed it anyway, but I think since the loud noise didn’t seem to bother him, it was okay.. 😀 He loved his first movie, I think it was Shrek 4, it was on 3D and he was so noisy it was a bit embarrassing.. 😛
Sati is so cute! 🙂
