What makes you love a company? Is it their service? their products? or the way they treated you?
I have been hearing stories and not so good encounters in some of the establishment in the country. And I think customer service jobs area has been the culprit. For me, a company should take extra effort to make sure that their costumer service rep is very skilled in handling people. After all, a happy costumer can bring more clients to the owner where in a not so happy customer can boost the company’s competitor.
Dealing with a costumer is really hard, paying or not. As long as the person enters your establishment, you have to treat them right. Some costumers can be demanding, hence the skill in dealing with different types of people is needed.
