Milks are not the same and we know that. Some milk may work for you but not for me. For me, it is OK to keep changing milk until you find what is right for your kid. But how do you know if it is right for your kids?
Well for me, the first thing I consider is the taste of the milk. If my kids liked it then I will give it a try. Another thing is of course when I can see the effect of the milk to my kids. Are they gaining weight or is there a chance in their appetite? If there a change in their appetite, then I know it is the right milk for them.
So this week, I’ll e featuring 3 kinds of milk that is suitable for kids 4 years and above. I’ll be discussing the milk’s key feature and it’s up to you to decide if it is the right one for you or not.

September 15, 2011 at 1:02 amI’ve never tried Malunggay Rice, but I’ve tried malunggay pancakes.. 😀 I run the malunggay leaves on the food processor for a minute until it’s finely chopped and add it to the batter.. 😛 It gives the batter a hint of green and looks so awesome, I also add mint leaves to give it a little kick, it’s awesome! 😛
As for my kids’ milk, they’ve always been on Nido and Nestle or Cowhead Fresh Milk, haven’t tried any other brands but I’m still interested to know what other brands are faring good in the market.. 🙂
