Having four kids can be difficult in terms of time management. It’s hard to divide my time to them. I still have the whole house to manage. yes I do have two helpers, but well, they are just helpers. I am still the brain on this house. I am still the one who cook and do the laundry and a lot other things. Sometimes I feel guilty of not giving much time to my kids..
I have to thank Johnson’s Baby bedtime for that. I knew for a fact and I believe that giving providing your kids a healthy sleep can be beneficial.. and I always make it a point to make their sleep time a better one. when I attended one of the events held by Johnson’s and Nuffnang, I was glad to know about the bedtime routine. For someone who is so organized, that routine helped a lot. I don’t have to think of activities to make our sleeping time a better one.
So what is our usual bedtime routine?
First they take a bath, sometimes by themselves so that they will to learn to be independent.
Then, Mommy would nag them lovingly to lie down on the bed and will massage them all. Most of the times, I only massage the three boys as Sati would be sleeping by then.
After that, we would talk a bit and then some quiet time and off to la la land..
And now, I am getting luckier everyday as my husband gives the favor back to me! yay!
