When I had my first born, I researched a lot, from the best food for pregnant woman to the best exercise. I danced and exercise almost regularly but I gain a lot still. Even though I exercise a lot, I can’t keep my mouth shut. I eat, I feast, I commit gluttony. That’s why when Kayil was born, I really had a hard time pushing him out. He was so big.
I would still want to share with you some exercise that would be very helpful to pregnant woman. It can prevent back aches and leg cramps.
Walking for at least 30 minutes a day (but please not more than hour and not on high hells). It i very beneficila in burning those calories and a good stretching exercise. Now, I try to at least walk on place for thirty minutes before I plaster my butt in front of the computer.
Kegel Exercise. I don’t know if I can explain it fully but I will try. When you are peeing, try holding it for a while. The muscle you used for holding your pee is the Kegel muslce. Execising this muscle prepares you down there for the stress it will go throguh during the birthing stage. How to exercise it? From time to time try squeezing it (like what you did when you hold your pee). Hold the squeeze as much as you can, then release. Do this everytime you had the chance and time to time extend the holding period. You can do this while waiting in line for a train. You can do this while traveling to and from work. You even can do this while blogging! This is of the best exercise for pregnant woman. And if you must know it is also beneficial to your sexual activities. As you go day by the day doing Kegel exercise, you also obtain good muscle control down there (ring a bell?)
There’s a lot more exercise you can do but I guess this two is the safest of them all and this two won’t be a hindrance to your day to day activities.

Tubal Reversal Surgery says
November 1, 2010 at 11:28 amHy ppl I just wanna share my knowledge about Tubal reversal… The chances of conceiving after having a tubal reversal are considerably better than with IVF, with a 70 to 80% safe success rate for those women who are under 40 years of age. Most women are able to conceive naturally within a year of their surgery. For more info visit…http://www.mybabydoc.com/reversaloftuballigation.html
