My first pregnancy was really difficult, I throw up a lot. I had morning sickness all day long. I was smoking then and quitting was hard (but I was able to) So there’s the morning sickness plus withdrawal symptoms, what more can you ask for? I am stay at home, that’s the good thing about it. We have planned on this pregnancy months before it was conceived. It was late 2002 when we planned on getting married and he kinda proposed on my birthday (FEb 2003).. Don’t say your “aww he is so sweet” line coz there is not a trace of romance on the way he proposed.. here it how it goes,, something like.. OK you’re 21 now, call your mom, tell her to take care of the papers for the wedding. Just that.. more of a command that a proposal LOL And so I got pregnant on January (do you really want to know the exact date?) and we planned our wedding on Feb (not knowing I am already preggy) to happen on March. Financials get in the way and we moved it to May.. then we learned I was preggy and move it back to March. I also had some emotional roller coaster then, and had a hard time giving birth.. And since I am stay at home and have a lot of emotional tantrums, I sleep most of the times, I don’t move a lot, I gave birth late. My due date was October 17 but gave birth (Kayil, 7.5 lbs) on the 24th, only because i walked non stop on the 23rd.
I am 2 weeks pregnant with Chico.. we were not sure yet.. but we know.Kayil was 9 months when we learned that I was pregnant again, that was very traumatic to me.. He was a cry baby and I am a first time mom with no help (I am far away from my mother). He is breastfed purely but I have to wean him for the baby.. and the memories of my delivery is still fresh (even the wound! ugh!). I gave birth to Kayil in Valenzuela, as I have said I had a hard time giving birth. My OB is the nicest person on that field (our OBs are angels!). We moved to Pasig when Kayil was 6 months old. I travelled to and from Valenzuela just for my OB.. and gave birth to Mico in Bulacan.
6th monthChico is not planned, just as with Mico. I was into birth controls after Mico but stopped because of the side effects. Took us 6 months of birth control free before Chico was conceived. Morning sickness were here again. Throwing up again and again.. withdrawal symptoms ( I was smoking again). I had some infections 1 week before Chico comes out. My OB says that I need to take it antibiotics for 7 days. OB says too that it would put some danger on Chico’s health if the infection is still there when I give birth. It is a blessing that I was finished with the meds when he comes out, and that there were no more infection. The delivery was great, still painful and still intolerable, but I am getting used to it.. LOL (We still plan to have a baby, and we will work on to have a baby girl)
6th month (stolen shot)LOLthis is my favorite preggy dress (though it is not), so maternity like and yet so wearable even when you are not preggy 🙂

February 6, 2009 at 6:50 amwow!! congrats! hanga ako sau dear.. parang ako ang nanghihina after ko to basahin, i had one pa lang and it was painful until now nga sumasakit pa tahi ko. we're planning to have the second baby pag 3 yrs old na si eldest ko 😀 at that u are planning to have a girl pa! i shall say atttagirl!!! isa kang atapang atao!! gayahin kita!hahahmine is up too at my yena's blog! see u!!

February 6, 2009 at 7:12 amyes, sobrang hirap nga ung one baby after the other! naku, i know how you feel. gabby was not even two when Sunday was conceived. But we still welcomed the idea because we really believed it would be a girl, and it was! ganda mo magbuntis ha? fashionista mom + the bulge! 🙂

February 6, 2009 at 7:23 amI had to quit smoking too. it was indeed quite a challenge, thinking about the baby made it easy for me.I like the outfits Mommy! one thing I also enjoyed when I was pregnant was to shop for maternity clothes 🙂

February 6, 2009 at 8:52 amahahah tlga….nunggabing ginagawa nyo plng lam mo n me chico ka na hahah!!!! =0same with my experience kaso mas malala ako, 5 mos plang ako nung malaman kong buntis ako dhil nga yan n nmn ung feeling b4, suka, hilo, inis, etc. ahahha ang sakit p ng sugat ko ayan n nmn, traumatic tlga!!! at nakakaawa ung baby kasi aawatin mo n…umiiyak ako that tym grabe!!!para kameng magkakalayu ahahah!

February 6, 2009 at 10:53 amnaku, sunod sunod pala babies mo sis… parang kami ng mga siblings ko. 1, 2, 3, 4 kami! pero baligtad tayo.. di nag stop parents ko until nagkaroon sila ng boy. and i applaud you for quitting smoking. it must have been rough.. with the morning sickness and the withdrawal. but it was worth all the pain and sacrifice, right? here's hoping you'll have a baby girl na next. we are rooting for a boy as long as sam's old enough.
