GT: I Love Me!!

I am supposed to have one meme at a time (or day for you), I already got Litratong Pinoy every Thursday, but I cannot let this meme pass. Aside from the fact that this my Kumareng Niko we are talking here, I really want the over all theme of this meme. For a change, let’s talk about ourselves as a woman. Thinks Thursday as the SHE BLOGGERS DAY. It’s our talk day!

So before you start reading my entry, go on and click the badge and join in the fun! This week’s theme is about ME (isn’t the whole meme all about me?) or answer this question:

Why you love being a girl?

I answered the same question before in one of my forum paying site.. the question then was, if I have a choice (for my own gender), which gender I prefer? girl or boy? My answer was short and simple..

I love being a girl because I have the ability to give life (give birth) and the ability to nurture ad nourish it (breastfeeding).

I am not a radical feminist that thinks that women are stronger than men, I am a feminist in a way that I knew each one has a role in the society. There are things that men can do (like urinating in a bottle, 10 boys at a time) and women cannot. There are things that women excels and men cannot and to me the greatest thing that I can do and would not trade for a muscle or bottle urinating is my uterus and my mammary glands. I just love being ME!

Korek ka talaga mare…we have the “superpower” of being able to grow another life inside us and produce the food for that life….I love our curves too…he..he..Mare ang ganda mo jan pwede kang maging model sa ANMUM…you look so young, so innocent and ganda ng maternity dress mo ha…sa navisit ko na mga entry ikaw pa lang ang may picture…pwede gumaya?…LOL!Mine is here…it's my other blog and you're added there..

I love being a girl because I can get away from almost anything with a smile or a tear almost anytime.I love being a girl because I am allowed 1 mood swing per month.I love being a girl because I can have many clothes, shoes, bags and perfumes without anyone thinking I'm vain cos when you're a girl, it's just "normal".I love being a girl because girls can express their feelings/emotions freely (vs. the "boys don't cry" notion).Okay, I'm not a feminist. There are times that I think being a man is a LOT easier than being a woman but most of the time, I still prefer my gender. 😉
