Mommy Moments – Sleeping Time
This week’s Mommy Moments theme is sleeping time. Join with us and share you lovely sleeping moments with your kids.
When I had my first born, all advise from the books were to let him sleep on the crib, not beside me. I can’t, after I gave birth to him, I just can’t last a time without cuddling him. I know that sleeping through the night can be achieved easily if the baby is not sleeping at my side, but I don’t care. I love the feeling of his tiny body beside mine and also I love it that every time he cries, mommy is there to embrace him or feed him. Now that Kayil is older and Chico is now the youngest, the feeling is still the same. The only not so nice part is, Kayil still sleeps with us on the bed. Imagine 2 adults 3 kids in a queen size bed. LOL
Destination: Who Decides?
On March 8, we will be celebrating our wedding anniversary, and though we don’t romanticize that much, this is a good reason for a weekend get away.. So here are the finalist for our destination this weekend: Tagaytay, breakfast at Bag of Beans.. but there is no place where the kids can enjoy as much as they want to. They want to go biking. Biking range in Tagaytay is no good, dusty and almost all bikes are in not so good condition, plus the rates are killers. Los Banos, hmm why not, but what can we do there? run wild and free on the fields (is it allowed?) sneak in taking a shot of the UPLB sign. Climb the carabao monuments? Ty to climb the Carilion tower? naah.. not much for the kids.. but of course running wild and free is a good idea. Or maybe revisit apartments we lived and show them that all along we have been propagating, that is why we are missing that much.. LOL Enchanted Kingdom. Nice place, and heard can be fun too for the kids.. BUT! I don’t think three kids in tow is manageable..and not to mention pricey. La Mesa Ecopark. There’s a lot things to do here, but we have been there twice already.. some other time maybe. CamSur. Why not baby.. but 8 hours on the road.. hmm.. let me think again. Baguio. Yes all the way..LOL.. and the kids are conspiring so we can go to Baguio.. Kayil is telling me that every time I will ask him a question, his answer will be Baguio..let’s try: pehpot: are you hungry? Kayil: yes, I want to eat in Baguio.. pehpot: are you sleepy? Kayil: yes I want to sleep in Baguio.. on and on.. Daddy PLEASE..PLEASE.. bring our kids to Baguio.. they are painting my whole body with their saliva and tickling me to death…
