Obviously I need to change my diet and incude more fiber on it. I am now taking C-lium 2-3 times a day and saying NO to foods high in cholesterol and taking care of my body more.
Now, why do I need more fiber and what is it with C-lium that made it to my diet?

Only the soluble can helps you lower your bad cholesterol. And soluble fiber can be found in fruits and vegetables.
