Last March, a few days before the class end, the students who will be recognized for their performance was announced. It was only after the recognition day that I realized what my eldest son achieved. Last year, he graduated preparatory as their class 3rd honorable mention (in other words 5th). That’s from a class of less than 20+ students. This year, he was their class 2nd honorable mention. Now that’s one step up from being 5th last year. What made me more proud is the fact that this year, he was 4th from a class of 40+ students (2 sections). Now excuse me, I’m bragging.
And when I got his report card, we were surprised to see that he has no grades that is lower than 93. WOOT!!
As for my second child, though he was not included in the honor roll, it was a surprise to us that all his grades are beyond what we expected. His 4th grading exam was all about play since it was his birthday week.
