Sweep the floor 5x.. mop the foor 3x.. staircase 4-5 times a day.
Would you consider that a routine? in a way it is.. I managed NOT to gain weight given the fact that I am no longer doing MetaFit (but hey thanks to Clium.. my tummy’s not getting bigger too). I mentioned (or did I not?) before that the routine for MetaFit no longer works for my body.. in other words, nasanay na ung katawan ko.. I need to come up with another routine.. which I haven’t done for a long time.
A run down of our Metafit Routine for the past two months:
Week 1: Set A exercise: 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 lunges (both legs) alternate with Set B: 10 sealed jacks, 10 power squats & 10 push ups
Week 2: 10 touch toes, 10 squat jumps and 10 alternate lunges
Week 3 10 mountain climbers, 10 half burpees and 10 ski jumps
Week 4: Alternate the routines from week 1 to week 3
Given the exercises from week 1- week 3, I will have to come up a routine slightly different from the one above.. Oh well.. I am still learning the art of exercising but I promised myself I will have to start it sooner than later.
