Got the chance to visit Philam Life’s #LiveBetter expo yesterday and had fun trying out the booths with my kumares:

My first stop: Philam Life Financial Health Booth. In this booth, we learned about what Philam Life has to offer based on my needs. Health is my top priority so I had a glimpse of what Philam Life can give to ensure my family’s health and wellness.

Gold’s Gym is one of Philam Life’s Vitality Partners and they’re giving away free magazines! I was tempted to ask about membership but there’s no Gold’s Gym near me.. sayang!

Garmin is also one Philam Life’s Vitality partners. So tempting to get a smart watch of my own! There’s a watch for running and there’s one too for swimming.
