Probably a lot of you doesn’t know that I am a lola’s girl. It has been my dream to give back or serve my lola kahit sa maliit na paraan lang. Last year, husband made that dream came true. Medyo (medyo pa lang eh since we’re still sorting things out) kasama na sya sa finances namin. Hopefully this year, it’ll be a monthly basis na. Ang saya ko lang pag nangyari yun! If husband’s lola is still living, I’m sure he’ll do the same.
It’s also my dream to spend days with my lola and before the year ends, it came true! I’m one happy lola’s girl!! My lola spent the New Year here in my house!!! At pinagluto pa ako ng napakasarap nyang Adobong Pusit and Pork Estofado.

Obligatory Family Picture for New Year haha
The New Year celebration alone is enough for me to say had the best year ever!
Peroooooo there are sooo many things that happened to us last 2015 that made it #thebestyearever (sa kabila ng mga emosyonal na pangyayari sa buhay namin, 2015 was still a great year for us). These are some of the highlights of the year that was:
Family travels during the first half of 2015..
New baby and a new house for us on the 2nd half!
And for me, new toy + a blog makeover!
That is why during our Media Noche, I made sure to have a basket of 13 fruits. Sabi nila pang pa swerte daw yan but I didn’t put that basket for 2016. It was more like a gratitude basket for the year that was. Sobrang thankful ako for my 2015 and I’m positive 2016 will be another great year for me and my family, and yours too!
Happy 2016!!
