From a very healthy, lively and very very pretty (EHEM) young lady who just got out of college I turned into a wilted flower. I’ll quote my mom “losyang ka na”. Left my job that allowed me to travel a lot to ensure the safety of my first and probably last child. I locked myself up away from everyone feeling embarrassed because of what happened. Been taking care of my son since then but I already built my new set of goals and priorities. I have to stand up and move on with life. I just got a new job and I guess I pretty much deserve this GC just before I start working again. This will be the start of my “Operation Self Beautification”. I respect all the other moms out there but SPA! I need a great body massage after all!

Im a sport minded person. Basketball, Boxing, Biking and Running are my passion which I really enjoyed doing. Because of exhaustion to my body, Relaxation is a must to rejuvenate the body from fatigue and stress! My last massage was 2 months ago and I felt that I had many (they called “LAMIG”) on my shoulder and back which a lil bit painful if not treated. I’ve been strenuously working out my body because this coming April, I had a schedule run on mountain (at hamilo coast, batangas) doing 32K. I know this GC from the SPA will really help me in relaxing and unwinding my mind and body after the undeniably hard run! This GC will really help to alleviate stress and strain and a gift to treat my body a good massage because I know I can finish the race strongly and will give more positivity in life!

My family says that it’s lamig so I need not just a massage but a ventosa. I’ve already put hot compress, the pain lessened yet after a few days it comes back. So like what I’ve said, perhaps, a full body massage and ventosa would do the trick.
